| Modern water network construction is an important way to solve the shortage of water resources and the deterioration of ecological environment.The study focusing on the research area-QingZhou City,Shandong Province,based on the modern water network construction in Qingzhou City,optimize the allocation of water resources,and evaluate the ecological water effects of the modern water network construction.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of Water Resources in Qingzhou City and Construction of Modern Water NetworkThe study based on the basic information of hydrology and meteorology in Qingzhou City,analyze the water resources situation and the present situation of exploitation,analyzed the existing problems in water resources development and utilization,and evaluate modern water network planning and construction project of Qingzhou City,which was to provide the basis for optimal allocation of water resources.(2)Analysis on Water Resources Supply and Demand BalanceThe study based on the social development status and the existing problems in water resources development and utilization,predicted the water demand of different water users in 2020 and 2025,in the ecological water demand analysis and calculation process,respectively calculated the water demand in river and outside river,studied the process of ecological water demand in the river,made a study on the quantitative approach of two critical ecological water demand(basic ecological flow and suitable ecological flow),and analyzed the balance between water supply and demand.(3)Study on Optimal Allocation of Water Resources Based on Water Network Planning and ConstructionThe study constructed the optimal allocation model of water resourcesin based on the water network construction,which was built with the purpose of maximizing the social and economic benefits,use Lingo to solve the optimizaion model of water resources,and got the optimal allocation in 2020 and 2025 at frequencies of 50%,75%and 95%.(4)Evaluation of Water Resources Ecological Effect of Water Network Construction ProjectThe study constructed the index system of ecological effects evaluation based on the optimal allocation of water resources,and usedvariable fuzzy evaluationmethod to evaluate the ecological water effects in current year and planning years.The evaluation results show that the ecological situation is good after finishing the modern water network construction,and has a great improvement compared withthe situation in current year,which make a guiding significance to the improvement of water resources environment and the coordinated development of society and economy in Qingzhou city. |
