The Research On Hazard Analysis And Reinforcement Method Of Masonry Buildings In Rural Area

A great deal of buildings in rural area were destroyed in Wenchuan earthquake, especially the building which was not strong enough suffered more serious damage which caused a great losses of lives and property. In order to improve the living condition and living security of countryside resident, a drafting group of "standard of dangerous building appraisal in rural area"was formed by Ministry of Construction. The experts from hunan university in the drafting group are in charge of the section of masonry buildings. The main content of the thesis is the research on hazard analysis and reinforcement method of masonry buildings in rural area.Firstly, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analysis hierarchy process are briefly introduced to analyse the hazard of masonry buildings in rural area. The danger classes of masonry buildings in rural area could be determined by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the weight of the constituent parts of the masonry buildings in rural area could be determined by the method of analysis hierarchy process.Secondly, the investigation of rural areas of six provinces included hunan anhui Fujian Shandong shanxi Yunnan were introduced. The main components of the investigation are as follows:the structure forms of the buildings in rural area, the level number of the buildings in rural area and the danger classes of masonry buildings in rural area. The distribution characteristics of the masonry buildings are summarized on the basis of the investigation of rural areas of six provinces.Thirdly, a cost-effective analytical method about dangerous masonry buildings in rural area is established in response to the features that the economy is underdeveloped and the technology is backward in rural area. There are3main steps in the analytical method:the first step is the hazard analysis of the construction site of the masonry buildings; the second step is the qualitative analysis of the masonry buildings; the third step is the quantitative analyses of the masonry buildings.Finally, some reasonable and economical reinforcement methods of the masonry buildings in rural area are briefly introduced which are fit for the economic conditions of the rural area.
