It is an important guarantee for the engineering reliability to design earthquake resistant structures.How to scientifically carry out the comprehensive seismic performance evaluation of building in earthquake areas is an important part of the safety of seismic structures,and it has always been the focus of research and discussion of the majority of scientific research workers.In this paper,masonry structure building as the research object,reveals the shortcomings of research on aseismic performance of masonry structure building at home and abroad.Based on the background data of masonry structure suffered from the earthquake,the research method and technical route of seismic performance evaluation system for masonry buildings in earthquake area are formulated.According to the characteristics of building structure and its destruction in the earthquake,the seismic performance evaluation index of masonry structure is selected.And applied AHP to determine the weight of each index,and used the fuzzy mathematics method to establish the fuzzy correspondence relationship between each index and the earthquake damage level of the building,and determine the set of reviews system of each index in the commentary set.In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the seismic performance evaluation system of masonry structure building in this paper,the evaluation system is applied to the actual case analysis.In order to better realize the applicability and scientificity of the seismic performance evaluation system of masonry structure,BIM technology is applied to the seismic performance evaluation of masonry building,and the application platform of seismic performance evaluation of masonry building is established based on BIM technology,which can provide guidance for the disaster prevention and mitigation work.In this paper,we build a seismic performance evaluation system of masonry structure in earthquake area to realize the scientific evaluation of the seismic performance of masonry structure,and provide scientific basis and reference for the design and reinforcement of new and existing projects.Based on the research work of this paper,it is possible to grasp the characteristics of the comprehensive seismic performance of the buildings with such structures,and to analyze the failure characteristics and weak parts of masonry buildings,which is of great significance to enhance the seismic performance of masonry buildings.
