Because the environmental protection is serious and the oil resources isdecreasing day by day,the development of Pure Electric Vehicle has become the focalpoint in the world.This enables the Pure Electric Vehicle domain to become theresearch’s hot spot.The Pure Electric Vehicle applied technology is the inevitabletrend as high technology and new technology development in the autoindustry,involving core technology of vehicle engineering,electrical driving andcontrol technology,battery technology and others. The point of this paper isresearching the electrical control and driving technology.Firstly, this paper introduced the development of pure electric vehicles athome and abroad,and the important meaning of PMSM(permanent magnetsynchronous motor) control system.Then the detailed analyses the principle ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor,and frequency conversion controlmethod.Combining with the requirements of the project,this paper simulate themotor control system in the MATLAB/simulink,and presents several simulationresults of the control scheme. Comparison of simulation results,select theappropriate control scheme which provides a theoretical basis for the motor controldriving system.During the power electronic technology development,it has somedisadvantages,such as lack of flexibility design and complex factor.So this paperproposes a kind of design about PEBB(power electronic building block),in order tosolve the above problems.This paper describes the division of authority PEBBsystem,and the system is divided into three layers of hardware management,application management, system management.And we analyze and design layer bylayer. Each layer has a manager to manage and control, they are respectively:hardware manager, application manager, system manager. Hardware Manager andpower electronic switch components formed PEBB,which it is at the bottom ofthe system.Its functions including: measuring terminal voltage, phase currentt,Hardware protection and Create an effective PWM(Pulse Width Modulation).Application manager is in the middle layer, and its main function as follows: thecontrol of the current loop, voltage loop (speed loop) for the main circuit.Systemmanager is the highest level which implement more advanced control tasks, such as system initialization, monitoring the whole system.This paper described thehardware manager and application manager of hardware design and data flow designin detail. Application manager and system manager communication interfaceadopting CAN(Controller Area Network) communication interface. This paperdescribed in detail the CAN data transmission mode and the design of the data is inthe perspective of the whole system.Finally, in view of the actual project development process met shift controland anti-skidding control,this paper carried out the design. During the process ofthe shift gears in the car, the motor control needs from the torque loop switch to thespeed loop.In the shift control, according to the phenomenon of currentsaturation,we obtain the ideal results by the design of the current regulator. In theanti-skid control,we get a comprehensive reliable control scheme,by the waydesigning every layer.
