In order to alleviate the ever-increasing environmental pollution and the rising energy consumption,clean and efficient electric vehicles have become the focus of today's social debate and research.Permanent magnet synchronous motors are widely used in electric vehicles because of their high power factor and low loss.The research in this paper focuses on the permanent magnet synchronous motor used in pure electric vehicles.For the application of electric vehicles,the design and research are mainly done from the hardware and software of the motor controller.Firstly,the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is deduced in different reference frames,and vector control strategy is used to drive the motor.The realization of vector control algorithm adopted in this paper is analyzed and introduced through the form of block diagram.Secondly,the design of the hardware part of the motor controller was completed.The hardware part mainly includes the power module hardware and the main control board hardware circuit.The power module is used to realize the inversion of DC to three-phase AC power.The selection of the relevant devices,the design of the drive and the charge-discharge circuit are introduced.Then a two-stage discharge device is proposed,and the controller's heat dissipation plan is determined afterwards.The main control board takes the DSP series TMS320F28335 as the core,completes the design of the control circuit,and a reluctance type rotary transformer with a simple structure and high reliability is used to detect the rotor position.Thirdly,based on the CCS6.0 development environment,the design of the motor controller software part is completed.The main program,interrupt main program and function subroutines are designed through the flowchart.Process and design ideas are described in detail,providing reference and ideas for the preparation of program code.Finally,the experimental platform of the motor controller is built.Based on the hardware platform,the joint motor and software program are debugged.The experimental results verified the reliability of the hardware and software design and met the preliminary requirements of the experiment.Afterwards,the work done in the dissertation is summarized,and its shortcomings are analyzed and forecasted.
