Base isolation is an effective design technique against the earthquake damage of the structure. The lateral flexibility of the base isolation system increase the fundamental period of the structure and thus obstruct the transmission of the earthquake energy, reduce the seismic response. With the isolation technology continues to evolve and improve, it has brought new ideas and methods to the field of earthquake disaster reduction for the engineering development. At present, as people in and abroad on the research of the base isolation technology has a deep development, it has formed a complete set of theory and in the actual project has been widely used at developed countries. This article through the same frame structure seismic structures and base-isolation model analysis research shows that base-isolation isolation device parameters variations and different site conditions of isolation structure under earthquake effect the dynamic responses of the dynamic properties and produce important influence. After using base-isolation technology, in the earthquake effect, isolation layer will undergo great horizontal displacement of upper structure as a whole, but when translational upper structure higher, upper structure under the earthquake effect will produce larger overturning, likely to damage occurring topple base-isolation structure, Therefore, the upper structure issues that affect the fall of isolated structure safety very important aspect, it should be given a high priority in design process. Based on the principle of base-isolated structure analysis and derivation of isolation theory, engineering and numerical simulation and is compared with the traditional anti-seismic structure, two differences between damping performance, it is concluded that than base-isolated structures with superiority anti-seismic structure.This paper begins by describing the isolation bearings of the mechanical properties and earthquake base-isolation and the establishment of dynamic equilibrium equation and derives the isolation system of dynamic equilibrium equations, thus the use of large-scale structural finite element analysis software SAP2000on the use of base isolation interval of shock7degrees in the Han case of EL-Centro wave, wave in Tangshan, Lanzhou and waves carried out under dynamic time-history analysis, the calculation results with the traditional anti-seismic frame structure were analyzed to evaluate the vibration isolation structure off between the damping effect and the damping law, at the same time, analysis of isolated structural parameters change on the impact of structural dynamic response, in order to select the isolated rational design optimization parameters and base-isolated structure for reference, and analysis of the isolated structure derived height-width ratio. Through numerical derivation, puts forward the seismic-isolation structure height-width ratio limits and isolation structure resistive overturning relevant measures.After the analysis of two kinds of model show that base-isolated structure has very obvious damping effect.Base-isolation is a kind of isolation measure which is applied in practice relatively early. But it is not well extend. It can not bring its latency advantage into play in front of great earthquake calamity. Along with attaching more importance to it and making more research to it, Base-isolation must bring great operation into piay.
