The development of isolation technology provides a new idea and an effective method for seismic design of building structures.At present,the technology for isolating horizontal seismic components has been relatively mature and has been applied in engineering,but earthquake are multi-dimensional components.Earthquake disaster data show that the vertical component of earthquakes is also obvious,so it is proposed to reduce the earthquake level at the same time.Three-dimensional base isolation devices with vertical components are necessary.On the other hand,the rapid development of underground rail transit has caused a series of problems of environmental vibration and noise pollution,and also required vertical damping of building structures.Therefore,this paper introduces a new series of three-dimensional isolation bearings,providing new ideas and insights to better solve the three-dimensional isolation problem.The main research work and research results of the thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the design theory of rubber isolation bearing,a new type of series three-dimensional isolation bearing is introduced.The support is made up of a series of laminated rubber bearings and thick rubber bearings.The support isolates the horizontal component of the earthquake,and the thick rubber bearing can be used for vertical isolation and isolation of subway vibration.The structural characteristics,working principle and design theory of the bearing are described in detail.According to the research results and related specifications of the laminated rubber bearing,the detailed parameters of the laminated rubber bearing part(the detailed dimensions of the components of the bearing)are determined.(2)Using the finite element software to establish the overall model of the three-dimensional isolation bearing,the parameters of the thick rubber bearing part are further optimized,and the mechanical properties of the bearing are studied.The results show that the bearing has sufficient bearing capacity and suitable vertical stiffness and horizontal stiffness,and its correlation is analyzed.(3)Using ABAQUS finite element software,select the representative vertical vibration wave around the subway to stimulate the bearing model,evaluate the isolation effect of the three-dimensional new type of support on the vibration wave of the subway,and analyze the vibration of the structure under the influence of the vibration source.Situation and vibration transmission law.The results show that the support can effectively reduce the amplitude of the vibration vibration of the subway and the one-third octave vibration level,which improves the comfort of the building.(4)Through the method of numerical simulation,based on the actual engineering background,the modal analysis and seismic response time history comparison analysis of the house structure using the new threedimensional isolation bearing are carried out to explore the earthquake in the bearing.And the isolation effect under the rare earthquake.The analysis results show that the support can greatly reduce the three-way acceleration of the structure,effectively control the inter-layer shear force,and control the floor displacement and the inter-layer displacement angle within the specified limits.The most unfavorable internal force conditions under rare earthquakes were applied to the three-dimensional isolation bearing,which verified the bearing capacity of the three-dimensional isolation bearing,indicating that the bearing was always in normal working condition under rare earthquakes.
