This article Startes from the research perspective of the industrial application, researches the high frequency power supply of electrostatic precipitators and gives the main development process.The first chapter firstly describes the mechanism and electrical characteristics of the electrostatic precipitators, and then describes the current research status of the electrostatic precipitator, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the electrostatic precipitator power supply, and pointes out that the high frequency power supply of electrostatic precipitators is the development direction and trends, and finally the main control ways and means of high-frequency power supply of electrostatic precipitators are introduced.The second chapter analyzes the two operating modes of the major researched series-parallel resonant converter of the hige-frequency power supply of electrostatic precipitators, pointes out the advantages and disadvantages of the two operating modes, and then selects the appropriate mode of operation, focus on its existing control methods and research status, gives improved digital control methods, and experimental results are presented.Chapter Three First of all on the basis of series-parallel resonant electrostatic precipitator high-frequency power supply Voltage Adjustment Characteristic, chooses frequency modulation control method of the electrostatic precipitator power supply, and then based on the electrostatic precipitator corona discharge and spark discharge characteristics and their dust collection efficiency impacts, achieves spark control method of high-frequency power supply of the electrostatic precipitator and its digital program control flow, and experimental results are presented.
