Since the latter half of the20th century, especially its last20years, Chinese economic sustains rapidly growth, and the scale of capital constructions is expanding. Because the city buildings develop in two directions of high-altitude and underground. Boad and traffic develop to the multi-level and three-dimensional.Subway tunnels develop extraordinarily.Bridge and a large number of ports construct. Deep excavation, pile, pier, anchor, sinking and underground continuous wall and other deep foundation projects ever get a wide range of applications. Taking the construction industry for example, according to official statistics, China has built50-100m high-rise buildings that have a total area of millions of square meters, and the height of more than15Om high-rise in1990to1999decade has built more than150buildings, the height of more than200m has more than20buildings. And the rapid development of deep foundation engineering is accompanied by more and more excavation, digging deeper and deeper.It is inconsistent with pit accidents having occurred that an increase in the number of excavation and increase of the depth of excavation, resulting in huge economic losses and serious social impact. According to the Ministry of Construction2005, accident statistics show50%construction accidents are pit accidents. Causes of accidents come both of design issues and construction issues, which cause pit accidents is80%or more. Therefore, in the process of building pit, security is particularly important. So in this article, The author chose the deep pit security early warning system for the study.First of all, The author read relevant literature of deep excavation in full at home and abroad, and introduct-ed briefly relevant concepts of deep excavation safety early warning system, and proposed research.idea to use process control theory in systems engineering to control the deep excavation Secondly, given the deep excavation accidents occur more frequently in recent years, the author cited in this paper a number of deep excavation typical accidents as examples, analized the causes of deep excavation. The results show that causes of the deep excavation accidents are complex, but mainly come from failure in four stages of the survey, designation, monitoring,and construction, which takes reference for the prevention of deep foundation pit accidents.Again, on the basis of summarizing the reasons for the deep pit accidents, the author set up security early warning indicators in four stages of survey, designation, monitoring,and construction, and established a deep excavation safety warning system..Expect the system to use in practical engineering can play a full role, and avoid the occurrence of risks.Finally, the author takes the project of productional and comprehensive space of manager Coal Geological Bureau in Sichuan Province that he chaired as himself for instance, and examined the feasibility and effectiveness of security early warning systemsthe of deep foundation, and provide the corresponding recommendations in engineering.
