With the rapid development of building construction technology, A variety of high-risebuildings, Super high-rise building and all kinds of high, new, strange buildings are appearingday by day. Therefore, the needs of high-formwork-support system are becoming more andmore. At the same time, construction quality and safety issues have become increasinglyprominent because of the template problem. In order to adapt to the current buildingconstruction safety needs, the "Safety Technical Code for Building Construction Template"JGJ162-2008needs corresponding revisions and additions.Through on-site erection of high formwork true experiment, to test mechanics index ofthe high formwork support system. The mechanics index includes lateral displacement of highformwork support system, the axial force of the pole at the end of the beams and plates, thebearing capacity of horizontal and vertical scissors and the bearing capacity of horizontal barand so on. Analyzing the mechanics index of high support formwork system and simulatingthe mechanical properties of high formwork support system model with ANSYS finite elementsoftware. Through the comparison of theoretical and experimental, to get the basic variation ofthe whole high-formwork support system and the influences of reasonable structural measuresto improve the bearing of the whole high-formwork support system and other mechanicalchange rule during the on-site construction. At the same time, to find that in accordance withthe present "Safety Technical Code for Building Construction Template" to erectehigh-formwork support system safety can be ensured. Setting a reasonable level and verticalscissors can also be a larger increase in the bearing of the whole high-formwork supportsystem. In addition, through site survey and design of this high-formwork instance, verify theconclusions of experimental and theoretical analysis in this article. It provide sufficientexperimental and theoretical reference for "Safety Technical Code for Building ConstructionTemplate" to revise.
