With the continuous improvement of construction industry theory and technical level,in order to adapt to more and more complex various use needs,there have been many super conventional concrete structure forms,these structures usually have the characteristics of large area,large span,high height,from significant,but the construction of tall space structure often cannot leave the application of scaffolding and other support system.Fastener scaffold formwork support system is the most widely used support system in China because of the overall bearing capacity of the frame body,good stiffness,convenient installation and removal,strong applicability and other characteristics,but in the construction process due to the influence of various factors,the construction of the scaffolding support system leads to the occurrence of safety problems emerge in an end,and even a large area of the collapse of the scaffold casualties.Therefore,in the construction of tall space structure,in order to ensure the safe and smooth construction work,the erection of formwork and scaffolding system must be paid enough attention to the construction enterprises.In this paper,starting from the theory of pressure rod stability of high support die system,the mechanical stability characteristics of high support die system structure are analyzed.Through modeling experiments,the main structural factors affecting the bearing capacity of fastener steel pipe die frame are studied,and the main structural stress is analyzed and calculated theoretically.Secondly,based on the relevant literature research,relevant specifications,modeling experiments and the statistics of safety accidents in recent years,and considering the structural characteristics of fasteners steel pipe scaffold and the construction characteristics of tall space,the safety risk factors affecting the application of fasteners steel pipe scaffold support system are identified.According to the risk source theory,this paper identifies five main risk factors.The safety risk evaluation index system of fastener steel pipe scaffold support system was constructed,the weight value of each index was determined by AHP,and the mathematical method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was selected to establish the safety risk evaluation model of fastener steel pipe scaffold applied in highaltitude large structure based on fuzzy AHP.Finally,the established evaluation model was applied to the safety risk evaluation of fasteners steel pipe scaffold in indoor badminton court of Block 7 and 8 of Lanshi Haobuska,and the effectiveness of the evaluation model was verified.According to the safety risk assessment results of the fastener steel pipe scaffold,aiming at the main risk factors,this paper studies the safety data management,the implementation of monitoring measures and the key points of safety management in the scaffolding application process,strengthens the safety management in the construction process,and ensures the construction safety of the whole formwork support system.Reduce the risk of safety accidents during the erection of fastener scaffold formwork support system to ensure the smooth progress of the overall project.This study can provide reference for the safety management of fastening-type steel pipe scaffold in tall and empty structures,provide reference for the macro decision-making of the government and the administration,and further promote the subsequent application and development of this type of scaffold in tall and empty structures.
