The main contents of this article provide a spectrum analysis based on DDS technology. The signal component with a frequency range between50MHz and250MHz has been made a spectrum analysis in this paper. Basic principles are the test signal mixing with the sinusoid al signal with a known standard frequency generated by DDS chip, Move spectrum to a BPF with central frequency by50MHz and pass bandwidth of frequency by10MHz. High-speed sampling of the signal by ADC. Speed is200MHz. Finally, usethe fast Fourier transform. Achieve the purpose of spectral analysis.This is the main work use the FPGA as a master chip. Control the DDS chip AD9858, AD converter chip AD9480and clock generator chip MPC92432and so on. While the hardware is designed to work in accordance with the clock in order. The AD9858chip hardware structures and the internal memory chip set drivers and other issues in detail.It uses band-pass filter to improve accuracy.
