With the improvement of the scientific technology and social development, the electrical energy has become a indispensable special product, it takes great convenience to people. More and more nonlinear loads was injected into electric system which make serious interference to power grid. Power quality becomes more and more deteriorated, so power quality question is an important issue that need to be addressed, and power parameters measurement and harmonic analysis is the premise and basis for improving and enhancing power quality.For now, the common power parameters measurement methods are based on traditional FFT spectrum analysis method. Even using some correction methods, due to the constraint of the traditional FFT inherent characteristics, their accuracy can not get breakthrough. However, all-phase FFT has the nature of better inhibition spectrum leakage and "phase invariance", if we apply the algorithm into power parameters measurement, the accuracy can be greatly improved.At the same time, SOPC technology is a kind of on-chip programmable system solutions put forward by Altera corporation. Compared with the DSP, FPGA using the SOPC technology has irreplaceable advantages in the high-speed complex logic processing. FPGA has a very large scale logic unit, has a unique hardware high-speed parallel computing speed.To sum up, this paper designed an power parameters measurement system based on SOPC technology, mainly studied the key algorithms and implementation technology of power signal basic parameters detection and harmonic analysis. Using advanced FPGA development platform, SOPC technology and all-phase spectrum analysis method, combining software and hardware realize real-time and high precision parameters measurement and harmonic analysis. In this system, I design a friendly human-computer interface by transplanting μ C/GUI interface system. At last, verifying the function of the system. Results show that this system basically met the expected design requirements.
