| In the production process of the missile and rocket grain pressing in weapons industry arsenal, the excessive artificial participation, great labor intensity, backward technology, high production cost and low efficiency was existing, and the most important problem was hidden trouble in safety.Based on the new bidirectional oil press, the semi-automatic grain pressing production line was developed by innovatively designing pressing grain mold and its auxiliary equipments. At the same time, PLC technology was used in the aspect of signal linkage, interlock and program sequential control. The new pressing-explosive technology of manual weighting reagent, inverting reagent, automatically points molmerging, pressing and retreating grain, vacuum pumping and automatic transmission was achieved. So as to achieve the condition of production site:nobody is in the dangerous environment, the operation is isolated, the hidden trouble in safety is eliminated and the essence safety degree is improved. |
