Along with the booming development of transportation, more and more attention has been highly paid to the pavement mode of anti-skidding and noise reducing. The cement concrete pavement has been slathered at home and abroad, because of its good quality of strength, stability and durability. However, the road engineers have always been bothered by its weak points as lower persistence of anti-skidding and higher level of noise. Recently, the better quality of security and comfortableness has been required in the new developing period of road construction in our country. Exposed Aggregate Cement Concrete Pavement (EACCP), known as the "Quiet Cement Concrete Pavement" abroad, has higher ability of anti-skidding and noise reducing, which is in a prosperous application. The unique macroscopic structure and microscopic structure of Small Diameter Grain Exposed Aggregate Cement Concrete Pavement (SDGEACCP) makes itself under good quality of anti-skidding, noise reducing and anti-dazzling, which can not only provide adequate antiskid level, reduce noise level effectively, but also lessen level of dazzling on the pavement and the imports and exports of tunnel, then improves the road service function. Therefore, it is very meaningful and far-reaching to render further research.Breaking through the existing drawbacks of traditional cement concrete pavement, the paper has analyzed the current situation of researching and using of EACCP at home and abroad, summarized the pre-existing research achievements and existing deficiencies, and come up with the questions. Aiming at the research of raw materials technical property and test method of EACCP, combining the construction technology and mix design method of SDGEACCP, analyzing the strength feature of SDGEACCP, the paper has come to the conclusion of the regular influence rule of strength affected by key technologies, which includes cement feature, aggregate feature, water cement ratio, cement dosage, usage mode of menstruum and so on. By means of theoretical research and test analysis, besides evaluating, researching and discussing each property of road using quality, the powerful theoretical direction and technical support can be provided, which for how to give full scope to the application of SDGEACCP in the domestic road construction.
