The solar cell has achieved great development in recent years, this paper introduces the development of solar cell, and clarify the working principle of several types of solar cells briefly. ZnSe has large forbidden band width, and has good transmittance performance to the blue and green light. Because of this, it is used as window materials of blue-green laser and infrared optical system.ZnSe has many preparation methods, this paper briefly introduces several preparation technology of ZnSe polycrystalline and film, including chemical vapor deposition, electrical deposition, etc.This paper studies the deposition conditions of ZnSe crystalling thin film from aqueous solution to ITO electrical conductive glass, electrochemical behavior of the Zn2+and SeO32-is studied by the method of circular voltage. Thin film is depositioned to leaf platinum by the control of stable current density, and also discussed the influence of process parameters to the crystallization and chemical composition of the film, such as H2SeO3and ZnSO4concentration ratio, water bath temperature, pH value, current density. ZnSe polycrystalline film is represented through the X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS).
