Generally concrete construction floor formed from structure layer(reinforced concrete board) and the building structural layer (panel levelinglayer and surface layer on structural, etc).In the structural design, the loadon board were considered commitment by the structural layer, but in fact,building layer on the bending resistance capacity is also contributing.However, due to the restriction of "design specifications ", the beneficialeffects of bending resistance capacity which on board is not beingconsidered.By static loading tests and finite element analysis in this paper,theoverall board and in-situ concrete after pouring different materials onwhich the composite plate were studied, discussedd its bearing capacity(deflection, crack, bearing capacity, failure mode) and the bearingmechanism, the main work carried out are: 1、A brief introduction of the mechanical properties of compositecomponents, and its application in building structures at home and abroadof the status quo.2、By comparison of four composite test (including a set of80mmthick concrete roofing board, a group of cast100mm thick concrete boardand two sets of80mm thick concrete board after the pouring of cementmortar with different strength composite) analysis its bending performance(deflection, bearing capacity, fracture, failure mode) and force principle;test proved that the cement mortar layer of composite stiffness and bearingcapacity of concrete slabs to improve significantly.3、Four component model for numerical simulation were analysiedthrough the ANSYS finite element software. In the analysis, concrete andcement mortar were used in three-dimensional solid element SOLID65,reinforced by LINK8unit. In the choice of steel and concrete constitutive,reinforced by bilinear kinematic hardening model, concrete multi-linearkinematic hardening model, concrete and steel of yield criterion usedMISES yield criterion, failure criterion is applied maximum tensile stresscriterion. The calculation results, the use of ANSYS for finite elementsimulation results agree well with experimental results.By the static load test and finite element analysis results, thereinforced concrete board surface layer of cement mortar presence toimprove the board’s capacity is obvious. So for various reasons, the actual project result in concrete slab thickness and quality of construction can notfully meet the design requirements, can be considered as the surface layerof concrete mortar board presence on board cross-section increases thestiffness and improve the capacity of board contribution. This will besignificance to reduce rework, unused to the waste caused byreinforcement.Finally, based on this experimental study, the layers do a better job onthe concrete board building structure bearing capacity of the research werediscussed.
