Due to the development of modern science and technology, inverter power supply hasbeen applied more and more broadly in our daily life. The emergence of new energy makeinverter application developed rapidly. Inverter power as its important part, convert unstabledirect current which is produced by New energy power generation system to be certainfrequency amplitude alternating current that provide for electrical equipments. So the interverperformance also put forward higher requirements for it. At the same time, higher demand forthe control precision of the inverter controller, With the advent of high-performance DSPcontroller, the inverter power supply digital control become a reality. The digital controlsystem with high integration, strong anti-interference ability, can realize advanced controlalgorithms and to facilitate real-time control. Using DSP as the core of the inverter control,you can easily use the software to achieve a flexible, accurate online control.Inverter to achieve the function of direct current into alternating current. For the unstabledirect current input inverter alternating current, this paper focus on the inverter control systembased on DSP. It is used for inverter control strategy and protecting function. Considering thecurrent situation of inverter control system and the demand of inverter technology, using thePWM mode to control BUCK-BOOST DC/DC converter, that make it output stability DCvoltage. We use the SPWM modulation mode of waves and the strategy of Dual-loop controlto control the output of inverter voltage. Design the conditioning circuits for measurement ofthe input/output voltage of DC/DC, current of filtering inductance and voltage outputted bythe inverter system, switch driver circuit, Also the over-current protect circuit is designed forprotect main circuit. At the end, the overall hardware structure of the inverse control systembased on DSP is accomplished.The paper use state space averaging method to study DC converter and the invertermodel. The paper emphatically analyzes digital PID control strategy and simulate controlstrategy with MATLAB which provide evidence for calculation and determination of thecontroller parameters. According to the processes of program running, propose the softwaredesign scheme based on TMS320F2812and compile the software module related to invertercontroller on DSP developing platform. Finally, test the controller functional and analyze thetest results to verify the rationality of the control system design.
