Study On Indoor Thermal Environment Of University Dormitory In Hefei Region

With the development of social and economic, requirements for indoor environmental quality is also getting higher and higher. To create a comfortable and healthy indoor environment becomes the urgent needs for the occupants. The student dormitory is one of the main places for college students studying and living. Quarters of indoor thermal environment is directly related to students’ quality of life, even physical and psychological health. With the increasing number of enrollment of college students every year, the original college dormitory can not meet the requirements of the number of students, so the number and scale of the college dormitory expand. Due to the lack of research on thermal environment student dormitories, affect students’ learning experience, resulting in poor quality of the indoor thermal environment of the student dormitory. Research and improvement on the indoor thermal environment of college dormitory become the urgent need to solve the problems.In this paper, the author summarized home and abroad indoor thermal environment and thermal comfort theory, described the indicators and criteria of evaluation of the thermal environment, made a research on Hefei college dormitory, using on-site measurements and survey, studied the status quo of Hefei college dormitory indoor thermal environment, compaired human thermal sensation subjective with objective data of field test, evaluated the state of the indoor thermal environment of the college dormitory in summer in Hefei under natural conditions. To sovle the problems of indoor thermal environment university dormitory in Hefei, some of the possible improvements should be taken. The author explored the improved technology of the indoor thermal environment in college dormitory, and hoped to provide a reference for the improvement of indoor thermal environment of college dormitory in Hefei.
