| In recent years, forklift has been widely used. Because electric forklifts havethe features of non-pollution, low-noise and convenient operation, they havebecome the ideal handling tools. Switched Reluctance Motors (SRM) have thecharacteristics of simple structure, high reliability and flexible control. So that theyare suitable for the move-driving motor of forklifts.This thesis presented the research on a move-driving system for electricforklift based on12/8structure switched reluctance motor.The paper outlined the development of electric forklift and switchedreluctance motor, and analyzed its working principle and mathematical model, andthen researched several control methods of SRM. According to the requirements ofelectric forklift, the hardware and software of SRM was designed in this thesis.Finally, this thesis constructed a dynamic simulation model for SRM speed controlsystem based on fuzzy self-tuning PID, and the results of the simulation wereanalyzed and studied.The SRM control system presented in this thesis used the DSP TMS320F2812as main control chip, and a new type of DC-AC-DC converter was employed. Thefuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm was introduced to the system. The effect of thesystem on battery energy use and control has been satifying. Therefore, the systemis feasible and has a good prospect. |
