Experimental Study On Power Battery Of Electric Vehicle

With the rapid development of electric vehicle in recent years, the technologyof electric vehicle was urgently needed by market. So the power battery as the keytechnology which is obstacle to market the electric vehicle is becoming more andmore outstanding. However, there going to be no development of battery without astandard measurement specification and a reasonable management, the only reasonyou can improve is doing plenty of tests and comparison. Therefore, this paper willfocus on the issues below.First, the power battery developing rapidly, but there is no standard testspecification to evaluate the performance of battery, which is very important to thedeveloping of power battery. Focused on the demand of electric vehicle, this paperproposed a test specification for reference.Secondly, have a research on AVL e-storage tester, which is very powerful toget accuracy data from battery test; the study of lithium battery provide a deeprealize about power battery. Based on which design a set of test specification andimplement some of them.Finally, because of the inaccuracy estimate of the state of charge (SOC),which will not only lead to the misusing of battery but also the safety problem, thispaper propose neural network method; And the test result shows that the accuracyof SOC can be obviously improved with this method.
