Reinforced concrete frame structure under moderate earthquake influence, through thedeformation (including recoverable deformation and irrecoverable deformation energydissipation structure) to avoid the occurrence of serious damage or even collapse; when theearthquake effect is violent, in reinforced concrete frame beam end may occur a more seriousdestruction, concrete crisp crack soon or steel yield; in this case, using a convenient, safe andreliable structure reinforcement and repair method to repair damaged structures, so that thebuilding after the earthquake could be quickly put into use once again, it is very necessary; forsaving the post-disaster reconstruction fund as well as constructing the “resource saving andenvironment friendly” society, it has very important significance.For the situation of “repairable in moderate earthquake” out of building seismic fortificationgoal “not bad in small earthquake, repairable in moderate earthquake and not collapse in bigearthquake”, taking reinforced concrete beams which are seriously damaged as the researchsubjects, it is researched the shear performance of the repaired beams. Produced four inverted-Tspecimens which simulate the seriously damaged reinforced concrete frame beams, usinggrouting material to replace the damaged concrete of the whole cross-section area and pastingCFRP on the surface to repair the beams, analyze the shear strength by low-cycle repeated load.The carrying capacity of normal section has been studied by some authors of this article, and thefocus of this article is the carrying capacity of oblique section. The results show that the shearstrength of repaired beams improves significantly; grouting material used in the wholecross-section can be very good to work with the original concrete; and CFRP not only improvesthe shear strength of beams, also limits the cracks to carry out. Compared experimental resultswith the theoretical results, obtained shear strength increase rate, verify the feasibility of thiscomposite reinforcement, to provide experimental basis for engineering practice.Based on the test study which simulate severe damaged reinforced concrete frame beams ofvertical cantilever specimens on grouting material of whole cross section, replace the damagedarea concrete and ring bonded CFRP composite reinforcement method for oblique section shearperformance verification, the composite reinforcement method can be used in building structurereinforcement works, as a reference for engineering practice.
