An Intelligent Monitoring System Of Crane Based On CANBus

The crane has been more and more commonly used in industrial machinery and equipment. Its safety performance has always been the concern of the majority of users. Due to the unique reliability, CAN bus technology has been used in the industrial field wildly. The existing crane control system functions are often relatively simple. Increasing with the industrial-scale, single-function crane monitoring system has been unable to meet the needs of existing industries. This gives users a lot of difficulties and problems in use. To solve these problems, we have designed the entire crane monitoring system device with the project of its hardware.Here gives a crane safety monitoring system based on HCS12MCU, according to the needs of users, we mainly design the signal amplification circuit,filter circuit, alarm circuit, the relay power drivers Circuit and switching power supply circuit and other circuits. Finally, after commissioning the plate, the basic completion of the crane safety monitoring is made and safety monitoring of the crane has a certain role.The experimental results show that the designed crane intelligent monitoring system has fully achieved the desired functionality and performance requirements.
