Abstract/Summary:
In space experiments, on the testing of devices, we need to simulate the temperature on some special conditions.Through high-precision simulation of the surface temperature of the Earth, some performance testing for Aerospace infrared temperature measurement device can be done in the lab. so we can master the general operations of the infrared temperature measurement device in the universe, which is one of the important uses of temperature control.The design is mainly about the temperature control of small Earth Simulator, and analyzes the temperature uniformity of parts of the Earth through heat steady-state analysis, but because of the unsteadiness of the ambient temperature around the laboratory, temperature exceeds more than the one in theory at room temperature, to the extent that the data linearity is not obvious as while as the detection for infrared detection systems. Therefore, the design focuses on the cooling of the ambient temperature of the small Earth Simulator. The device of semiconductor refrigeration system around the Earth is used. Through the semiconductor refrigeration, the surrounding temperature can be kept on15°c~20°c, which makes the better linearity during the detection of infrared.
