Design And Research Of Track Special Cleaning And Maintenance Vehicle

With the development of science and technology, cleaning machine is more and more importance,track special cleaning and maintenance car is one of them. At present, mature track cleaning maintenance vehicle were rare at home and abroad. Therefore, developing a track special cleaning and maintenance vehicle is very necessary.In this paper, design and research a track special cleaning and maintenance vehicle. In this paper firstly introduces the design and selection of road-rail vehicle and other auxiliary devices. And then introduced the cleaning maintenance design of device, use of3d modeling software to component for3d modeling and assembly. Focus on the introduction and analysis of the shovel knife device and cleaning brush device.Using simulation software, to the shovel knife device and cleaning brush device simulation of kinematics and dynamics, through the simulation can clearly see the device of the motion.and get the parameters such as the speeds displacement of the shovel knife,the angular speed of the cleaning brush. Then analyzes the angular speed of the cleaning brush and speed of the vehicle influence on clean performance of the cleaning brush. The final analysis work torque of the torsion spring in the shovel knife device and load of the extension spring in the cleaning brush device.
