Multifunctional road cleaning vehicle is an important sanitation equipment, which have features of high efficiency, high cleaning quality, pollution-free, multi-functional. High-pressure water cleaning equipment, as the core of multifunctional road cleaning vehicles, has great research value in improving equipment efficiency.This paper focuses on the analysis of high-pressure water cleaning mechanism, the presentation and design of high-pressure water cleaning equipment, and the flow field simulation of key components of high-pressure water equipment by using Fluent software.The fan-shaped nozzle and the collection tank are important components of high-pressure water cleaning equipment. This paper simulates the fan-shaped nozzle and the collection tank by changing the parameters of their flow field, and it obtains better structural parameters of internal flow field, which helps to reduce energy loss in the flow path, increase energy efficiency, and provides reference for the design of fan-shaped nozzle and collection tank.This paper builds models of the flow field of the fan-shaped nozzle and the collection tank, and makes inner flow field simulation by using Fluent software. By making comparative analysis on the exit velocity of different converging angle, different aspect ratio and different nozzle inlet radius, this paper gets the following results: an inlet converging angle of about 20 ° and the middle section aspect ratio of about 1.5 can best reduce energy loss of the fan nozzle; the inlet radius of about 4.5mm is most conducive to water flow, and to gather energy of fan nozzle. Besides, this paper makes three-dimensional simulation of the flow field for different inlet d/R value of the collection tank and the outlet of before and after optimization of the collection tank. The results show that: the smaller the d/R value of collection tank inlet is, the less the energy loss of collection tank; after the optimization of outlet of collection tank,collection tank reduces energy loss.
