With the development of social economy and the acceleration of industrialization process,air pollution is becoming more and more serious.The power system deposits more and more pollution,and pollution flashover accidents become more and more harm.Especially with the continuous improvement of power supply reliability requirements,the chance of power outages is getting less and outage cleaning is difficult to achieve.Dry snow ice cleaning in the power system is a new method of charged cleaning.Jet impact force,liquid impact force,high-speed airflow and low temperature of dry snow ice has a good cleaning effect,no residue and secondary pollution.The paper analyzes the mechanism of dry ice snow cleaning,get the effect parameters,and built cleaning test platform.Study the effects of different cleaning parameters,and carry out the test under the multi-combination parameters by orthogonal test method.Carry out cleaning experiments under different pollution parameters,including different salt level,different gray level,different types of pollution and different cohesive force.Carry out cleaning experiments under different pollution types,including natural contamination and cement contamination.Carry out cleaning experiments under different insulator types,including composite insulators and glass insulators.The results show that the dry ice snow has good cleaning effect on different pollution parameters,pollution types and insulator types.Get the optimum cleaning parameters,air pressure 0.7MPa?0.8MPa,dry ice snow flow 18kg/h?22kg/h,cleaning distance 10cm?15cm,cleaning angle 15degrees?20degrees,nozzle speed lOr/min?15r/min,cleaning time 30s?36s.Dry ice snow cleaning can be applied to the external insulation of power system.Based on the cleaning test,this paper puts forward the design and technical parameters of charged cleaning device in the 220kV substation.According to the technical parameters and the requirements of live operation,select insulating materials and conduct material performance test.Then,introduce the design and working principle of each organization,including vertical lifting sleeve,lifting drive mechanism,nozzle assembly,horizontal telescopic arm and rotary platform.Analyze the insulation performance of charged cleaning device,including insulation safety analysis and leakage current analysis.Finally,conduct the field test of the device.The test shows that the insulation performance and working performance of the charged cleaning device can meet the requirements of live operation and can be applied to the actual operation of the substation.
