There are six lines are running since GuangZhou Metro started the constructionin1993. Under the background of developing traffic rail line hardly by GuangZhoucity government, Line nine was constructed in2009and will reach Completion in2013. Line nine is aimed to meet the traffic demand for car city, HuaDu centre citymain development group and Guangzhou center group, at the same time take Huadudistrict traffic travel and the links with airport into consideration. In order to makesure Line nine is constructed favorably, it is required to make a risk assessment anddevelop the rish control measure according assessment result.This paper is relying on metro line nine, making risk assessment to Guangzhouand Hua Du district in line nine mainly, key points are as follow:1.At the very beginning to introduce the background and goal of investigation,show present home and abroad research status, and then come to a conclusion aboutexiting problem in risk of shield construction analysis, list the frame about this paperresearch at the end.2.Introduce risk and risk analysis definition, risk category and risk mechanism,provide formulation about general step and goal on risk management as well.3.Make a deep analysis and research on AHP、fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod based on fuzzy set theory and maximum membership degree principle, andadvance AHP according fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, establish the fuzzyhierarchy comprehensive evaluation module for analyzing and estimating risk elementbetween guangzhou and Huadu district effectively.4.Make a risk analysis and estimate to GuanagZhou line9, between GuangZhounorth station and HuaDu squre range of shield tunnel using the establishment of riskanalysis and estimate modules, determine each risk element, construction phase andthe whole risk level about this project, at last suggest the effective risk controlmeasures.
