| The high-rise buildings in China have been developed rapidly since21stcentury, becomingtaller in height, more complicated in shape, more perfect in function and more variable instructural system. With the increasing of building height, horizontal force produces moreeffects and the lateral deformation gets larger and larger large. So how to find the optimaldesign scheme so as to control the lateral deformation under wind and earthquake turns into acritical problem to be solved when designing high-rise buildings. on this problem, thestructural shape and layout play an important role and have a direct influence on the safetyand economical efficiency of structures.First, the tower of Nanhai Rongyao International Financial Center,179.9meters high, wasdesigned by using reinforcement concrete frame-core tube structure, and the elastic andplastic analysis were conducted, so that it could reach the mechanical targets specified by thecodes.Then, six typical frame-core tube buildings in Guangzhou were concluded and analyzedin the aspects of tube area, void ratio in tube floor, shear-wall area ratio, area ratio betweeninside wall and outside wall of tube, outside wall thickness of tube, column size of frame andso on. What’s more, reasonable and quantitative design indices were given considering theshear force undertaken by tube, collapse moment ratio and elasto-plastic story drift angle.Second, based on the Nanhai Rongyao International Financial Center, four plain layoutschemes of core tube were established through changing the area of core tube with keepingthe total building area same. Static and dynamic calculations were did, and some beneficiallaws were got, which, the economical structural layout is that tube area to total building areais0.2for the common frame-core tube structures without offset.Finally, story with outriggers, which is a combination of horizontal cantilever truss andannular members, was added to the original structure. Elastic analysis was carried out on thebasis of the number of reinforcement story and its position, therefore, reasonable layout of thereinforcement story could be acquired. |
