As the continuous development of social economy,the height,size and structural system of high-rise buildings have become more and more diversified.The builders,simultaneously,increasingly pay more attention to the economic performance of construction.Therefore,optimized designs tend to be more important,the use of mathematics principles to choose the optimal one from the numerous plans not only ensures the safety and reliability of the construction,but also economizes the cost.The goal pursued by designers is how to build the constructions matching the standards and using function with the least materials.The text was based on the actual project,a out-of-codes high-rise building with 183.7 meters in Xi’an,then optimized the structure:(1)It described the architectural layout,structural arrangement and structural system and characteristics,obtaining all the mechanical indexes based on the elastic computing under the force of frequent earthquake and plastic verification under force of rare earthquake for the frame-core tube structure of the project the using PKPM structural analysis and designing software.To evaluate the anti-seismic property and structural arrangement through all the mechanical indexes.(2)According to the computed results,the original structure was optimized.Due to the limitation of the original structure of the architectural functional requirement,it cannot change that the proportion to the core tube in the construction plane size,so the work started from the strengthened layer which was added to the original structure.In this way,structural layout was changed so that it could study the effects of strengthened layer forms,quantity and its position on the seismic behavior,therefore,beneficial suggestion of layout of the strengthened layer could be acquired.(3)To optimize the sectional dimension of the structure of shear walls,beams,column after adding reinforced layer,and to calculate the consumption of the material of all kinds of structure scheme,the optimal solution was determined by the consumed steel quantity of all the schemes.Optimal design for structure can decrease the cost of structure.Optimal design,however,doesn’t blindly decrease the material consumption under the premise of meeting standard requirements.Optimal design brings the material performance into full play.The important parts and critical components affecting the performance of anti-seismic earthquake should be focused on strengthening and be made the performance verification,which makes the stress of the whole structure more reasonable and explicit.
