Modern high-rise buildings usually occurred with different irregular structures due to the special requirement of function and facade effect. thereinto, the problem of irregular torsion is especially outstanding and common. The tensibility of these buildings is not very good,so the structural torsional destroy usually bursts out without premonition and leads to grave destroy once earthquake occurring, therefore we must control the torsional effect of structure during the course of design."criterion of tall building concrete"JGJ3-2002 controls the structural torsional effect with these two indexes of torsional period ratio and torsional displacement ratio. How to satisfy the two indexes with certain measures during the structural design is inevitable to all structural designers and a hard problem to deal with,so it is quite necessary to implement the research. The paper gives research and analysis on three facts as follows: 1. On the design and analysis of the structural project of one frame- tube structure. 2. On eccentricity with the displacement of tube, applying ETABS and STAWE, the finite element analysis software, to compares and analyse the Aeolian and seismic results of a super-high building in two different situation. One is in excursion displacement of tube and the other is no excursion in displacement. On the comparion and analyse of the indexes of diversified machanics performance and economic performance . Structural tortion capability, I will make analysis in the two factors as follows: period ratio and drift ratio.3.On the non-linear analysis of one frame- tube structural corner column (profiled column).
