Against the background,“lower-carbon, environmental-protection”become a global consensus. Car manufacturers in the world have taken theirresearch into new energy automobile and the permanent magnetsynchronous motor driving system is focus of research in national andabroad.Based the mathematical model of PMSM under the synchronizationreference frame, energy-shaping PMSM control system has been studied.Compare with the classical PMSM control system, the energy-shapingPMSM control system is simpler and easier to implementation withexcellent dynamic and static performances.On the basis of above research, the PMSM mathematical model onconsidering magnetic saturation is established. Maximum torque per ampere(MTPA) control, flux-weakening control and switching principle arepresented. The results showed that without solving high ordered equationthe presented method can obtain d-q axis current command for MTPA andflux-weakening control. Also the method simplifies switching principle ofMTPA and flux-weakening control and subject to enough accuracy.At last, the paper carries out automatic-code-generation and Processor-in-the-Loop by application of Model-Based Design technology,.Experimental results show that the generated code achieves excellentcontrol performances for PMSM and can be real-time executed. Theseworks provide the foundation for subsequent research of PMSM drivingsystem.
