| As a new type of bridge structure,extradosed cable-stayed bridge has beenused more widely because of the excellences of structure performance andeconomic indicators,along with its construction control and simulation technologywas becoming mature.With the support of the Huaihongxinhe Bridge in Xu-MingHighway which is being built,extradosed cable-stayed bridge construction controland simulation issues was discussed in this paper.Frist,this paper collected and summrized the history of the development ofinternational and domestic extradosed cable—stayed bridge,and introduced itsmechanical characteristics.And then described the importance and the developmentof the construction control.And further introduced the construction control system,the purpose,the content,the principles and control methods,as well as thecontributing factor of bridge construction control were recommended.Sencod,the structure model of the bridge was set up by the analysis andcalculation software called Midas/Civil. A forward-analysis method isintroduced,in which the actual construction process is considered,by all conditionsof the cable force, the internal force, displacement values, and choose arepresentative of the cable and beam construction research shows that in theprocess of construction some changes in the law for the implementation ofConstruction Control laid the theoretical trajectory.Then, sensitivity analysis of the design parameters of the impact of theconstruction control was produced.The influence of multiple parameters such asweight of concrete main beam, temperature changes, the elastic modulus ofconcrete, shrinkage and creepage of concrete, cable foece and prestress wasanalyzed in order to make construction control more accurately.It was shown bythe computation result that the weight of the concrete main beam,the shrinkage andcreepage of concrete,diurnal temperature and cable foece had more remarkableinfluence on the internal force and contour of the structure than other factors.In theconstruction control process of extradosed cable-stayed, main sensitivityparameters was fixed, while secondary sensitivity parameter was ignored.Then,the thesis research the stabilities of the most dangerous constructionphase(the longest cantilever state)and finished sate. through the analysis,the different modes of instability form are obtained.Finally, Huaihongxinhe Bridge Construction Programme and constructiontechnology,construction of the main elements of the monitoring and operationprocesses Was elaborated,detailed description of the actual construction processshould be noted that the issue of control and accuracy.... |
