Quality Management In Shanghai SAGW

This paper describe the implementation of SPC in SAGW (Shanghai Automotive Gear Work), introduce the total process of implementation, discuss about the key items in this project, for example, the scope control, time control, changing control and encourage control and so on.SPC (statistical process control) is a quality control tools, we use the software in this project and automate collect the data of product line, found out the control line base on this data and then control the product on line in real time, through this software tools, we can got the alert when there is a defect trend on line, then we can stop the product line in order to find out the reason, with this SPC tools, we can find out the defect before it happen.At the same time, the writer also joined the implementation process and uses the knowledge of IT project management in this implementation process, and then found out the methodology for the local enterprise.
