Research On Project Quality Control For Shouguang City Software Park 26# High-rise Residential Building Construction

Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy. Construction quality is a major problem with people’s life and property safety. Quality control is the core of construction project management, and it is the key to deciding the success of the project. After the founding of new China, the party and the country attaches great importance to building quality work, especially since the reform and opening up, on the basis of learning foreign advanced quality management philosophy, a series of policies and measures to improve the construction quality management are gradually set and implemented to improve the China’s construction quality. However, the foundation of the development of China’s construction quality is relatively weak, for the sake of the economic interests, the phenomenon of the pursuit of the one-sided development and the ignorance of the quality still exists and big and small construction quality problems still occur.The research is employed total quality management theory as a guidance, combined with seven tools of TQM statistical analysis, and used of PDCA cycle method in Shouguang City Software Park 26# of high-rise residential building project construction quality control. The construction project is analyzed in advance, the relevant prevention and control measures and solutions are worked out and carried out actively and effectively in the process of construction; the implementation of strict and effective measures are taken to examine and supervise the implementation of quality control measures. The successful experience should be confirmed and standardized and the problems that are just found or unsolved should be dealt with in the next PDCA circulation. Solving the problem of quality control in the preview stage can improve the construction quality of the construction project and has certain reference and practical significance.Construction quality control should adhere to the principle of prevention first and strict inspection. PDCA cycle should be employed in every stage and link of the project and various quality problems are eliminated through the continuous operation of PDCA to improve the quality of the project and ensure the safety of people’s life and property.
