But because of the deviation of the boiler thermal calculation,or thelargely changes of operating condition, for example at the peak load condition, theheat transfer performance of the overheating screen will be affected. The deteriorationof the temperature distribution will cause the pipe screen over-temperature or stressconcentration, even cause the tube bursting,serious constraints to the safe operationof the boiler. Overheating screen tube wall temperature has been one of the mainparameters of the power station boiler, life monitoring and safety assessmentaccurately determine the wall temperature has an important significance.In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of thermal deviation of the flue gas andoverheating screen flow deviation, a power plant465t/h type circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler be as the research object, for the furnace overheating screen tubesovertemperature and squib problem, established a overheating screen tube walltemperature finite element model, a20node hexahedral unit subdivision of thetemperature field and computational analysis, in good agreement with the calculatedresults with the actual running of the project. |
