With the acceleration of urbanization, reinforcement engineering of existing buildings isalso increasing. The reinforcement forms of existing buildings include the foundation, base,upper structure and the joint of multiple parts. In different geological conditions, foundationreinforcement is also different. Based on practical engineering background, this paperresearched the technology application of the grouting reinforcement on existing buildingfoundation.This project is that two large heat exchanger unit with supporting equipment in thebuilding interior, lead to no construction plant, only unilateral grouting outdoors. Thesoutheast corner of the building wall damage are serious, most of the foundation soil arebackfill, the strength of soil is low, high compressibility, pores large and heat transfer stationpipe leakage, due to the combined of soil and water, cause the building to producedifferential settlement, make the upper structure destroy. Against the above qualityproblems of foundation, the article in accordance with the grouting engineering analysis, testin door research, in site test research, grouting application of technology route, proposedreinforcement program, and the grouting test and in-site grouting test, according the testresults to reinforce.Grouting test and in-site test are mainly research on the performance about singleslurry cement, sodium silicate material and mixed slurry performance. Analyzed from theperspective of the initial setting time of the slurry, the slurry consolidation strength of theslurry diffusion effect. The test result show that the cement grout and other materials havethe a consolidation strength characteristics of consolidation strength high, initial setting timeshort, the diffusion affection obvious, economy well, environmental protection, safety, at thesame time the radius of grout hole layout, the value of the grouting pressure, groutingprocess, the slurry ratio grouting technology parameters, and ready for foundationreinforcement construction. Serous seepage better, in order to ensure the reinforcementresults serous water-cement ratio of0.7:1, higher strength of the concretion body. Afterconstruction is completed, use both in-situ drilling to sample and settlement observationdetection methods, analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of grouting. The sampleshow that the cement slurry to infiltrate the surrounding soil cement concretion body and hasa high strength. Settlement observation results show that heat transfer station settlement hasstabilized, indicating that the diffusion effect of the cement grout in the foundation is ideal. Reinforcement to improve the bearing capacity of foundation to meet the requirementsof the structure, extending the useful life of the heat exchange station and the region similarto the existing building and geological environments foundation grouting reinforcementprovides a reference.
