linear CCD is a combination of optical, mechanical and electrical and computer high-tech semiconductor photoelectric sensor, its technical characteristics are: high precision, non-contact measurement, portable flexible; In recent years in camera equipment and consumerelectronics, geometric measurement system, industrial testing and other fields have a widerange of applications. This paper is to study the background of steel wire non-contactmeasurement, suitable diameter steel wire, used for engineering application of ascensioninstruments. Ensure that the wear resistance, corrosion, steel wire tensile and fatigueperformance, and to promote the normal operation of the instrument that is a key problem.based on detailed analysis of the linear CCD principle of work put forward on the basisof a kind of based on linear CCD to steel wire diameter for non-contact measurement, the useSTM32103CX processor rich resources and powerful piece of peripheral in calculations indata collection and subsequent computing, and equipped with a keyboard input, liquid crystaldisplay and a buzzer peripheral devices such as not only realize the precise measurement andliquid crystal displays real time measurement results, but also through the keyboard inputstandard range, outside this range will through the buzzer to alarm and will not qualified aautomatic selection.the whole system mainly can be divided into four modules: with high brightness highpower LED light as white lighting source, equipped with optical glass for spotlightingauxiliary of the burning optical lighting module; With complex programmable logic devices(CPLD) to the linear CCD driven output synchronous sampling clock to high speed A/Ddriver module; The linear CCD output signal after difference amplifier circuit afterpretreatment, again into the high speed A/D conversion module on the conversion module;Finally, will transform the digital quantity to get into the ARM processor processing systemfor handling operations, will operation result real-time liquid crystal display data processingmodule. In this paper, the system’s hardware circuit commissioning and performance test,write driver CCD, data acquisition and operation procedures, and simulation experimentresults are given after the experimental analysis, and verifies the real time and reliability ofthe system, with corresponding CCD for the application of geometric measurement to lay thefoundation.
