The shutter is an important apparatus in space camera that its degradation or failure willlead to the failure of the visible near-infrared channels. The shutter should endure thecomplicated environment when it is transmitted by the rockets,which requires the shuttershould have very good dynamic capability.The main contents of this thesis includes how todesign a lighter mass shutter which meets the stiffness and intension requirements, and howto assure the whole body and the important parts’ capability,and how to execute the dynamicbalancing test to increase the life.Firstly,this thesis studies a simplified modeling method about ball bearing using springelements to replace the balls, and the shutter’s finite model is builded. In order to verifywhether the simplified modeling method is right or not, the modal experiment is made for thesimplified shutter apparatus,its result validates the simplified modeling method,whichindicates this simplified bearing modeling method can be used in shutter apparatus.Then,thisthesis conducts the fundamental frequency optimization about two shaft systems alone,whichuses single parameter method to extract the key factors that affect the fundamentalfrequency,and conformities the optimized shaft system,the results show the the fundamentalfrequency is increased by21.2percent.Secondly,this thesis conducts the optimized apparatus with statics,random, harmonicresponse analysis, which evaluates the static and dynamic stiffness and intension,the resultsshow the capability of the optimized apparatus fit the design requirement.Lastly,the bearing, as the key part of the shutter apparatus,this thesis evaluates itscapability when it is at the lauch and on-orbit stage.The contact stress in quasi-staticsenvironment have been gained by Herz theoretical calculation and simulation.Thetemperature field distribution and the contact stress change have been acquired bythermal-mechanical coupled analysis.In addition,this thesis conducts the balancing test ofshutter accelerated life test prototype to minish the vibration force and moment that caused byunbalance,the test is very important to improve the force condition and extend the bearing’slife.The results indicate that the optimized shutter and the bearing meet the designrequirements.
