Shutter apparatus is the key part of space camera. When the camera images on the orbit,the shutter apparatus needs work all the time, and its life times reach one hundred million, so,ensuring the working life is an important product development requirements. Rather than thetraditional life test method, accelerated life test can acquire the product life information withless time and less cost. Research on accelerated life test method is mainly introduced in thisthesis.All the possible failure model of part in the shutter apparatus, such as quick rotatingplant、slow rotating plant、motor、resolver, had been considered at launch phase or on the orbit,the result showed the solid-lubrication bearings as the key and weak point,mainly effectedthe performance and life of shutter mechanism.The design method and process of accelerated life test was introduced at this part.According the process, the key parameters like accelerated stress, acceleration factor, thenumber of test pieces, test time, test parameters were determined; the accelerated life test bedwere also designed, which mainly contained the experiment assembly and the thermalmeasures; the installation of sensor and computer detection were designed on the base of theparameters’ test requests and the operating condition, which achieved the automatic capture ofthe performance parameters and motor multi-speed control.The life test data analysis showed the equivalent accelerated life test could be applied onshutter apparatus, the test method was feasible; the main parameters of the shutter apparatusdidn’t exceed the specified range, and no abnormal changes, the shutter apparatus worked well;the shutter applause’s accelerated life test method provided the engineering reference forother rotating mechanisms in spacecrafts.
