| Flood is one of the most common natural disasters in our country, has caused greatlosses, many people lost their lives in flood disasters. So the researches on flood disastersare quite important and meaningful for us. Three-dimensional simulation of the floodevolution under a variety of hydrological situations and materials dispatching when flooddisasters occurred are two important research topics.Scholars have done a lot of researchon the mechanism of flood evolution, established a variety of mathematical models todescribe the flood evolution. Recently, some progress has also been made on research ofthree-dimensional flood evolution system for specific area with the technology of GIS.However, we found that there are still some problems, such as low data conversionaccuracy, low conversion efficiency and it is difficult to realize the data processing processwith computer program. On the other hand, researches on material dispatching when floodoccurred has yielded some achievements. But the algorithms are insufficient, unable tomeet the needs of applications. The spatial network analysis based on GIS has been widelyapplied in areas such as car navigation. However, there are no applications to apply thespatial network analysis technology in materials dispatching system of flood in China.First, we introduce the geographic information system, including the coordinatesystems, the spatial information data structures, the common transformation methodsof spatial data, spatial network analysis theory and Web GIS services.Secondly, we do some researches on the theory of three-dimensional simulationof the flood evolution. We introduces the mathematical model of two-dimensional shallowwater for flood, analyze the data processing methods based on special interpolation, andapply a new data processing method based on the skills of point to raster, reduce the errorcaused by data conversion, and improve the efficiency of data conversion. In addition, theresults of the mathematical model of two-dimensional shallow water for flood hasobvious boundary of zigzag shape.In order to solve this problem, we take spatialfiltering methods; improve the visualization of flood evolution.Then, we discuss the information publishing services of ArcGIS. With the theoryof space network analysis, we build the network dataset, establish the GP service model ofnearest facility analysis, and publish the map services and geoprocessing services onthe platform of ArcGIS services.Finally, we introduce the development platforms and system architectures of the system of three-dimensional simulation of the flood evolution and materials schedulingsystem of flood, and then demonstrate part of research achievements the appearances andfunctions of them. |
