Under the background of this situation, the character of architecturenonlinearity and complexity are brought out in front of people. Among the numerouscomplex nonlinear form, the landform building are most impressing and be used bymany architects. So, this article put the eyesight on this architecture which areintegrating with land, and we use ‘landform building’ to describe this type.First, the study elaborates the form deduction from land and architecture. Making use ofthese two parts to have different comparison and find the form origination. On the otherhand, on the basis of form deduction, the article generalize and summary the landformbuilding generation thought foundation, combing the meaning of complex science andnonlinear thought effecting on landform building. In the core chapter, the authorclassifies the landform building form through amount of examples. And by arrangementof examples sum up landform building fundamental type. Then the study started theresearch from diagram, digital diagram and algorithm. In the next part, the articleinvestigates the structure and materials to support nonlinear form building.In the last chapter, the author introduces two cases to further explain the architecturedesign strategy. The author believes that the complex science and nonlinear thought arenow generating and producing. To an open and informed object, the appointment,classification and summary are just transient condition which provides an open andbasic platform to support the next research and form some logic to some extent, in orderto develop our architecture.
