In recent years,China’s urbanization process has gradually deepened.With the acceleration of urban construction in various places,it has caused a series of problems such as extensive land use,unreasonable land use structure,and uncontrolled total urban land use.One major contradiction.At the same time,various reforms are in full swing,including the reform of the education industry.In order to improve the quality of higher education,enhance the internal vitality of colleges and universities,and promote the development of educational institutions,colleges and universities reformed their educational system goals.In 1998,colleges and universities began to expand the scale of enrollment.It has promoted the cross-disciplinary integration of colleges and universities and greatly deepened the reform process of colleges and universities.Many colleges and universities did not face the current shortage of land resources during early planning,emphasizing a comfortable and open campus environment and independent campus buildings.However,with the growth of the number of colleges and universities and the expansion of campus scale,the expansion of colleges and universities has also brought many practical problems.Most of the original campus buildings are island-style,without considering the future development and exchange of disciplines,and unable to adapt to the integration and adjustment of disciplines brought about by the expansion of universities.Although it could be put into use quickly at the time to keep pace with the expansion of colleges and universities,with the scale of college enrollment and campus expansion stabilizing,the college buildings built in the past also exposed many drawbacks.In order to solve these contradictions,people have to start with the stock and increment,on the one hand,fully tap the renovation potential and renewal value of existing buildings,on the other hand,explore the overall layout and intensive adaptation of new buildings.As an important part of university buildings,scientific research experimental buildings are also facing the same problem.As a carrier of scientific research,it is the driving force driving the development of higher education disciplines.This article selects the university research laboratory as the object of discussion,and gathers the new trend of the modern university research laboratory building.By studying the design strategy of the intensive research laboratory building,it attempts to summarize the construction model of the university intensive research laboratory building to satisfy the land it uses.The requirements of resource intensiveness under the stressful environment finally test its feasibility by guiding the design practice with theory.The article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduction introduces the research background,research object,research purpose and significance,research review,and research methods.The second chapter is a case study,which selects a representative and reference value university scientific research laboratory building nationwide.Through the discovery of its design highlights and existing problems,it uses this as a reference for the subsequent discussion.The third chapter is the overall layout and influencing factors of intensification.It sorts out the characteristics of various layouts and the influencing factors of intensified design to guide the subsequent design strategy.Chapter 4 Research on design goals and principles and design strategies,which generally control the expected effect and practical value of the design,and at the same time,from the macro,meso,and micro levels,study the design strategy of the intensive scientific research complex,which is the main part of the article.Chapter 5 uses strategies,through the theoretical points discussed above,and applies them in design practice to make the research feasible.Chapter 6 summarizes some thoughts of the full text.
