| With the rapid development of China’s traffic, high-piers and large-spans PC continuousrigid bridge is applied more and more widely. At present,the process of building this bridgemainly uses the T cantilever cast-in-place construction technology, and construction controltechnology application study is very necessary.In this paper, on the basis of existing research results, analyse the effect of closuretemperature and shrinkage and creep, on internal forces and deformation of the continuousrigid frame bridge at building process and useing stage,while considering the closureconstruction factors.By exerting jacking forces on box girder of the actual bridge–high-piersand large-spans PC continuous rigid bridge, make piers access to certain beneficialpre-deviation, to solve the problems of high-piers and large-spans PC continuous rigid bridgewhich are caused by the closure temperature, creep of concrete and so on, in order to increaseor improve the bridge service performance and durability.Raised the bridge closure jacking control principle and the method of calculatingjacking-control parameters (jacking displacements and jacking forces) when closing thisbridge in the non-designed temperature conditions; on the basis of a large number of trials,from the view of constructing and designing, put forward several optimization suggestions todecrease the midspan sag of high-piers and large-spans continuous rigid bridge after long termservice. |
