Study On Expressway Operating Efficiency

With continuing rapid development in two decades, China Expressway has madetremendous achievements of remarkable. Expressway can effectively increase the grossnational product, save travel time and improve the level of people’s daily life. Currently，howto operate and manage scientifically and reasonably to improve expressway microscopic andmacroscopic benefits, has become the main problems.Cutting from the expressway benefits theory, based on the content and classification ofthe operation and management of the expressway, this paper described the content of theoperating benefits of the expressway project, and built a framework of operating benefits. Onthis basis, it respectively discussed expressway Micro benefits and Macro benefits, andproposed ways to improve operational efficiency. At last it evaluate and analyzed the Xibaipoexpressway benefits with theory and methods given in this paper, and gave a summary andrecommendations. With theoretical explanations and examples of analysis, this paper providea useful reference for our operating benefits of the expressway project research and practice.
