| Because of operation time extension and heavy vehicle sharply increasing, the task ofhighway maintenance is getting more and heavier. At present, highway maintenanceengineering has many characteristics such as different sites, long lines and wide scope, andmechanical construction technology are used extensively. To meet traffic demand, mostmaintenance construction is taken place under no-break traffic. Too many pass way cars, toomany maintenance machinery, the narrow workplace, constructors and machines bring aboutinfluence on the safety of construction work and traffic. So the study of ensuring constructionand transport safety during maintenance is a very important aspect of the rehabilitation safetyof highways.Based on the extensive research of traffic flow characteristics’ data and road conditions’data in highway construction road, this article simulates the traffic flow of the work zones andanalyses the traffic capacity reduction with rehabilitation in the case of the slopes. Besides,the article studies traffic organization of rehabilitation works sections and put forward therehabilitation traffic organization schemes, traffic organization method and rehabilitationsections length. What’s more, base on the model of highway sign legibility, the articlecalculates parameter of traffic devices of work zone. In the traffic organization of works zones,this article discusses principle, level, project design, traffic diversion steps, diversionjudgment and so on of rehabilitation engineering.Finally,Tong-Huang highway rehabilitation is adopted as examples to test and verifythe result of the article study. The implement scheme of traffic safety and on-break conditionsis worked out and verified well. |
