| As the Cement-stabilized crushed stones foundation has a good overall stability anddurability, and high strength and baring capacity, it has been widely used in the highwayconstructions in China. The data shows that among of all the completed roads under differentlevels in China, more than90%of the foundation materials are built of the semi-rigidmaterials-represented by the Cement-stabilized materials,the lime and ashes materials. Andamong the conditions, it is the most widely used by the Cement-stabilized materials to buildfor the foundation and the bottom-foundation.For a long time, during the production or testing period for the Cement-stabilizedcrushed stones foundation, there is an obvious shortage of the researches upon somecontrolling system for the doses when using the Cements. When building the water-stablefoundation, this led to inaccurate measurement, obvious fluctuation, defective method fortesting the Cement dose, and great dispersed characteristic. Thereby it affected seriously forthe functions of the water-stable foundation and the bottom-foundation, and to some extent,it also increased the manufacturing costs. Based on solving the above issues, I wrote thispaper for doing some analyses.First of all, as the Cement is stored in storehouse and it is a little high, there is adensity discrepancy between different heights. Thus I am using the method of building amathematical model to simulate the density differences based on the changed height from theCement to the tub top, in order to provide data for measuring and find a solution forimprovement.Then for the real-time Cement testing aspect, there is a huge improvement space for theEDTA titration testing method. Based on the theory of dose testing, the paper creates modelstitration-disperse results by the surface discrepancy of different ratio levels, and thentheoretically prove the testing influences by the ratio uniformity. Based on various sievingmethods for production, the paper also makes some analyses and comparisons. From thetheory with experimental validation, recommended a reasonable titration sieving method andpointed out the inadequacies of the other methods.Finally, it is to analysis the stability of the mixed ratio materials during the period of“Mixing–Transportation–Paving–Grindingâ€. Under the condition of promising theuniformity of the mixture, the paper is to increase the level of the construction technology. |
