As transportation industry developed quickly in China, the condition of pavementhas been increasingly deteriorated during the durable years of the road. The crack ofpavement dued to semi一rigid base cracking is one of the major factors of pavementdisease. according to the previous studies, On the basis of the original road materialgradation mixed with the external material is an useful way to improve the performanceof pavement and reduce the cracks. In this paper,we do a series of experiment on cementand fly-ash stabilized crushed-stones(CFSC) joined with polypropylene fibres. Themain content are:(1)Based on the previous experience and Combined with the research, through aseries of laboratory tests:the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength andcompressive flexural resilient modulus of the CFSC, it is concluded that mixturematching through a series of laboratory tests.(2)Making Contrastive analysis the mechanical propertyof adding and no addingpolypropylene CFSC by experimenting and investigating their anti-crack performance. Finally through the test of freeze-thaw cycle tests and duration experiment, wepreliminary study the water stability performance of the CFSC.The mixingpolypropylene fibers can effectively enhance the water stability and crack-resistanceability of the CFSC(3)Accordance to the relevant mechanics principle, analysis the polypropylenefiber to improve the crack resistance and durability of CFSC, We proposed temperaturefatigue crack index ρ used to determine whether the material shrinkage cracks.(4)Establishment of cement and fly ash stabilized crushed stones base asphaltpavement structure model by using the finite element software. The variations ofstructure parameters of Cement Flyash Stabilized Macadam.Simulation of traffic loadand temperature load CFSC and CFSC joined with polypropylene fibres Stressdistribution.
