Rubber asphalt used in road construction,can effectively improve the quality of highwayprojects, extend the pavement life, and it has broad application prospects. This paper focus onthe influencing factors of technical performance of the rubber asphalt cement mixture andrubber asphalt pavement performance. Hope to be able to provide theoretical support andtechnical support in the promotion and application of rubber asphalt practical engineering.This paper’s main contents are: According to the rheological test methods,using the DSRand BBR, analysis of factors affecting the high and low temperature performance of therubber asphalt cement from rubber powder, fillers and additives, For the mechanism of actionof the rubber powder in asphalt, to explore the effects to asphalt combination of materials andmixture performance of the Incorporation of rubber powder and filler. Through the Ruttingtest, Cold bending test, Improved boiling method test, Freeze-thaw Split Tests, Fatiguefailure,study the performance of rubber asphalt mixture Road. Compared to SBS modifiedasphalt materials and asphalt mixture, Analysis of the pros and cons of rubber asphaltmixture.The main results: rubber powder mesh and dosage effects on high and low temperatureperformance of rubber asphalt, rubber powder mesh number, dosage and pink plastic than theinfluence of high and low temperature performance of rubber asphalt cement, based on thisobtained the best powder binder ratio, on the basis of the best powder binder ratio do thedesign a rubber asphalt mixture.
