| At present,most of the recycled PCBN materials are used to fill PP composites.Based on the research experience of resin and fiber modified asphalt in this field,it can be considered to add the waste non-metal powder of printed circuit board into the matrix asphalt through certain processing technology to improve the asphalt related performance.The main components of the waste non-metallic powder are about 60%thermosetting epoxy resin and 40%glass fiber.The average particle size is about 600 mesh,which is different from most of the ester waste non-metallic materials.In this paper,the compatibilizer was added to improve the compatibility between PCBN powder and asphalt,and the best content of compatibilizer was determined to be 8%of the mass fraction of the modifier by softening point test,penetration test,ductility test,segregation test and SEM test;the best content of PCBN powder was determined to be 30%by three major index tests and micro infrared spectrum test results,and then indoor test was carried out The best cutting time is 45 minutes,the cutting rate is 3500r/min,the cutting temperature is 175℃,and the development time is 70 minutes.In the study of the rheological properties of PCBN powder modified asphalt,the high temperature dynamic shear rheological test(DSR),low temperature bending beam rheometer test(BBR),Brinell viscosity test and differential scanning test are used in the PG classification test.The results show that the high temperature grade of PCBN powder modified asphalt is PG70,and the low temperature grade is PG-22.In general,its rheological properties are better than that of matrix asphalt.Through asphalt Marshall test,rutting test,small beam bending test and freeze-thaw split test,the road performance of PCBN powder modified asphalt and matrix asphalt mixture is compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the dynamic stability of PCBN powder modified asphalt is 3977 times/mm higher than that of matrix asphalt,151.3%higher,and the residual stability of soaking water is 4.6%higher.It shows that the rutting resistance and water damage resistance at high temperature are improved In the aspect of energy,PCBN powder modified asphalt is significantly better than matrix asphalt mixture.The research results can provide a new way for PCBN powder recycling and green traffic construction,and provide a reference for the engineering application of PCBN powder in asphalt pavement. |
